Approved Centres must notify us of changes to their Centre details by completing the Notification of Change form. We may contact you to provide supporting documentation depending on the nature of the change.
Approved Centres can apply to add Additional Qualifications to their approved qualifications by completing the Additional qualification form and submitting this along with supporting CVs and certificates for the tutors.
Completed forms are to be sent to our Accreditation team accreditation@othm.org.uk.
